2. Subscription Services

  • Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, you may request a prorated refund within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
  • Free Trial Conversions: If you upgrade from a free trial to a paid subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund for the initial subscription period.

3. One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases of services or digital products:

  • Service Fees: Refunds for service fees may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the service has not yet been delivered or initiated.
  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or access has been granted. No refunds will be provided unless the product is defective or significantly different from what was advertised.
  • Custom Services: For custom services, refunds are provided at our discretion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Purchases made using promotional credits or gift cards.
  • Transaction fees, processing fees, or other administrative charges.

6. Refund Process

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  3. If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

You may cancel your subscription or service at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and navigating to the subscription settings.

Please note that cancellation does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Refund eligibility is determined by the terms outlined in this policy.
